Eat to live, or live to eat?

I definitely fall into the live to eat category. In fact, if I could marry a food, it would probably be goat cheese. Except that in fact, I love too many foods to be completely committed, which probably means I would have an affair with goat cheese whilst carrying on with lots of other deliciousness.

ANYWAY, now that we’ve established that I LOVE goat cheese (and almond butter, as those of you who know me well will attest), let’s get on with the purpose of this blog. As most of you know, I love food in essentially all forms. I wanted a chance to share the recipes that I love, and the ways I like to ‘healthify’ dessert-y type foods. In these pages, I’ll endeavor to share everything from occasional delicious, decadent wonderfulness to healthy, tasty balanced meals that can be created with love on a college budget. Let’s see what kind of awesomely delish stuff we can come up with, and eat. With friends, of course. Because good food is just that much better with lovely people to share it with (and maybe have a cake fight with, you know who you are…).

Welcome to my blog! I’m glad I finally got off my butt and got it started :)

I think that your readers will love your humor–your voice comes through!–and they’ll pick up great tips on nutrition and have foodie fun in general!
